As Director of Retail Operations, Wayne brings a deep commitment to service, leadership, and community impact. A lifelong resident of Cobb County, Wayne leads with both professional expertise and a heart for helping neighbors in need.

Wayne spent nearly three decades in student ministry, serving as both a local student pastor and national youth communicator, where he developed a strong foundation in leadership, mentorship, and personal growth. Over the past 12 years, he has owned and operated a successful real estate and construction business, managing projects from concept to completion while leading teams and ensuring operational excellence.

In addition to his professional experience, Wayne has served for 27 years with the Cobb County Police Department as a Senior Chaplain, providing care, guidance, and support to officers and their families during critical times. Wayne and his wife, Shelly, have raised two children in Cobb County and now enjoy time with their seven grandchildren.
