Thomas Najjar

Thomas Najjar joined the MUST executive team as CFO in the summer of 2023. Before MUST, his 30-year professional career in the for-profit sector includes a CFO role for a major chicken processing company, where he led all support and administrative functions, numerous consulting engagements focused on process improvement, data mining, and growth strategies. He also held a two-decade career serving the Coca-Cola system in varying finance and accounting roles of increasing responsibilities, most recently leading Investor Relations for Coke’s largest global bottler ($18B Mkt Cap). Prior to that, he honed his skills in Atlanta at notable companies like BellSouth International, TNT and Prudential, in addition working as a CPA in taxation. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Clemson University.

He and his wife, Pam, live in West Cobb and are on the verge of being “empty nesters” as their oldest son, Joshua, is scheduled to graduate from Georgia Southern University the Spring of 2025. Their daughter, Juliet, is a Junior at the University of South Carolina and their third child, Matthew, is a senior at Hillgrove High School and is hoping to attend the University of Georgia in the fall of 2025. Their youngest, Samuel, attends nearby Hillgrove High School.
