Dr. Dwight “Ike” Reighard

Rev. Dr. Dwight “Ike” Reighard is the President and CEO of MUST Ministries, helping more than 55,000 people a year get out of poverty and into stability. Ike has successfully combined business experience with ministry and has an outstanding reputation for transforming communities through serving others. Ike has been recognized as the Cobb County Citizen of the Year, Marietta Citizen of the Year, one of Georgia Trend Magazine’s Most Influential Leaders, a 2026 Notable Georgian by Georgia Trend, one of the 50 CEOs of Who’s Who in Atlanta Nonprofits, and a 2025 Most Admired CEO by the Atlanta Business Chronicle.

During Ike’s tenure at MUST, he has led the organization through the planning and opening of one of the country’s most unique homeless shelters, the MUST Hope House; the launch of the MUST Mobile Pantry, which brings healthy foods to areas of food deserts; the MUST Care Clinic, a community clinic that provides low-cost behavioral and primary care services; and much more. 

Ike is also senior pastor at Piedmont Church in Marietta and has built the church to a large membership that heavily focuses on serving others. Previously, he was Founding Pastor of NorthStar Church and guided that church to unprecedented growth from 1997 until 2006.  NorthStar was noted as the fastest growing church startup in the world’s largest Protestant denomination.

In the corporate arena, Ike served as Executive Vice President, Chief People Officer and originator of The Office of People and Culture for HomeBanc Mortgage Corporation from 2000 until 2007. HomeBanc was selected and benchmarked in FORTUNE Magazine’s list of the “100 Best Places to Work in America” by the Great Places to Work Institute of San Francisco. Under Reighard’s leadership, this company also won the 2006 Turknett Leadership award for Leadership Character.

He has co-authored two popular daily inspirational books: “Success Insights” and “Daily Insights”, with Zig Ziglar for Tyndale House Publishing. He is also the author of “Treasures From The Dark”, “Discovering Your North Star” and “Discovering Your North Star Journal”. He and his wife, Robin, have two grown daughters, Danielle and Abigail, and are proud grandparents.
