Lester Maddox

Lester Maddox joined MUST Ministries in 2022 as Director of Security, bringing with him nearly 30 years of experience from the Cobb County Police Department. Throughout his law enforcement career, Lester held a variety of leadership roles and developed deep expertise in crisis management, public safety operations, and community engagement.

As Senior Director of Security for MUST, Lester leads the development of proactive safety protocols, strengthened partnerships with local law enforcement agencies, and helps foster a secure and welcoming environment for staff, clients, and the community.
